ECML - Change locomotive priority

I have changed locomotive priorities in other scenarios, but the Kings Cross to Edinburgh locomotives won't let me do the same when viewing the details for those in the aforementioned. Is there a workaround that someone might know?

There is a rule that I use to change priority when trains are emitted from a portal: <kuid2:236443:102725:1> z7_Priority

Passenger = Priority 1
Cargo = Priority 2
Shunt = Priority 3

Perhaps that will work for you.
