EBT Lumber Transfer

Hi Folks:

I've made the basic building and have been thinking about trying to make it interactive. My scripting guru and I have been swapping ideas back and forth and think it might be possible. No promises of course but we think it has a chance of being doable.

Have few questions for those of you familiar with the EBT:
1. I think it transferred logs rather then cut lumber but is that correct?
2. Whichever it transferred which log stacks or lumber stacks would be appropriate that are already available as products?
3. Which traincars (both NG and STD GA) would be appropriate that would accept those products. Logs or lumber - not both.

Lumber would be in a box car, logs on a flat or log car.

I agree so its almost certain it transferred logs not cut lumber since you couldn't pick up the lumber stacks from within a boxcar with the overhead lift system.

I've seen several photos of this over the years but never one with traincars in the photo.

Normally I hate to BUMP a thread but I'm stuck.

Does anyone know what type of traincars were used to move the logs (both narrow and standard gauge)? A photo showing either (better yet both) would really help.
