AWVR and CSX

An AWVR (Allegheny & West Virginia Railroad) Local awaits clearance from dispatch to proceed from the siding as a CSX Coal Train passes, a mile or so east of Hazzard, KY.

Do you mean you were able to download the route before the shut down of Checkrail and you are missing the track? If so, hopefully someone can answer for you. I'm about to leave for work so I don't have the chance to look and see what it is.
