Duchess Add-0n Pack problem

Today I installed Patch (58414 to 61388) in TS12 and when going to Surveyor found the Duchess Loco was missing from route (all OK yesterday) - reinstalled Duchess Pack as it was showing RED in Menu
but to no avail. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Check to see if you still have the CD key for the Duchess pack in Trainz options, general.

Further to the above I have downloaded Duchess and other steam locos from DLS and they are also showing in RED in Surveyor menu - HELP again only since last patch.

Hi Ron,

If you just updated to HF4, you should run a database repair and let it reorganize the Assets.tdx database.

Anything that has any residual errors will need to be repaired. The most common errors are related to sound files. Dave Snow has posted a nice tutorial on how to repair the sound problems in the TS12 support forum.

Hi,
You should also check that you have the option to download updates automatically turned on.
The new process is that the programming recognises your purchase from your profile (online) and will install it for you....

I just had a similar problem with the Settle and Carlisle add on
