I am new to trainz and totaly like it. I want to build my own route in the future but at this point I am trying to understand all features of the game. I have mastered the CAB controls of diesel trains. The only problem I got is getting uphill. For e.g in the add-on murchison 2 ya have the fuel delivery session (third in the list), when using the driver assist, the train is going uphill pretty easy and fast. Whatever I try, low power, slow start fast start, sanding all the way, no way I can get this train up the hil..Made it to the second bridge once, but rolled the whole the way back.
I have bin looking for a driving tutorial, loads of how to play CAB, nothing about getting uphill.
