Downloading problems / problèmes de téléchargement

Hello, I've a very annoying problem.

I want to download any content (for example : portal timetable rule) but i get every time for several days (since I've bought it on December) a message in french : "serveur saturé, réessayez plus tard" (in english I think : "full server, try again later"). And this problem appears for all content. So, is it necessary to buy "ticket" (in this case, I consider all content as payware) ? or does another solution exist ? Help me please...

Je regrete, J'avais la mème chose. J'ai acheté un ticket pour trois mois, ça faisait 9,99€, maintenant je n'ai aucun de problème. Bonne Chance.

My French is very bad, since I haven't spoken French since 1974, so please exuse me and allow me to speak English here.

The problem is you are using the free connection to the Download Station, which has limited bandwidth and connections. This means that you will have more difficulty connecting because so many people connect to the DLS at once.

If you purchase a First Class Ticket for $25 USD per year, you can have unlimited connection and very fast downloads.
