Downloading content problem

Sometimes, when I download a large cdp in content manager, the blue download bar will fill all the way up, but then it will just stop there and not finish. Also, the bits per second will go down to zero.

Yep, probably happens to all of us. Sometimes I just forget the CM and go DL from the "black pages". It will usually DL from there.

I used to have that problem with anything over 7-8Mb download. I bought an FCT and now the skies the limit. It may seem excessive but it's worth it.

Often, just re-doing the download will force it to complete. You might have to delete it from the download list and re-add it, then download again.

Go To the forum and click on the heading "Download Station"..You will get the Black Pages..Click on you choice of Assets..When you find what you want Click on Download Helper..
