Downloadable Container Yards?

I am looking for a downloadable container yard that isn't any of the ones that came with TS12. I don't really like the three that I found in the game. I need one that is close to the size of the China container yard but ships containers that aren't just Chinese.

You could piece it together using a few Multiple Industry New (MIN's) and add whatever buildings and such you want to build it up.

or you could reconfigure the yard to use JR's containers ....
