Download Status Pending

I purchased TS12 a couple of weeks ago. When I go to download at Simulator Central the status says pending. I had installed TS12 previously without problem. Today I wanted to do a fresh install on a clean version of windows. I have submitted a support ticket a couple of hours ago. Just wondering if anyone has come across this issue before.

Hi Richard,

I have never seen this before. Didn't you copy your downloads to a DVD for safe keeping? That would have been a lot easier.
