I have just loaded a new TRZ2006 which gave me 30 days free 1st class ticket.

I have TRZ2009 as well.

After I loaded 2006 and received the 1st class ticket every time I try to download from the CMP I am told that the server appears to be full and to try again later.

This has only started to happen since I got my free 30 day 1st class ticket I had no problem downloading before??

I wonder if downloading will resume normal service after the free ticket runs out????
 
CMP Problem

Thanks for your comment but I remembered looking at this site some time ago so I had a look when the problem started.

I have been using TRZ 2009 for six weeks and I have had no problem downloading from CMP until I installed TRS 2006 and received a free 1st class ticket.

I cannot understand why there was no problem downloading in 2009 until I installed the 2006 version, the build number for 2006 is 3337.

I cannot download in 2009 now.

I have tried everything in the thread you mentioned but nothing works.

I have unistalled TRZ 2006 but still cannot download from TRZ2009, getting the same error message.

With all the problems of 2009 and now this I am thinking of just uninstalling TRZ2009 as well and calling it a day, unless you or someone else has a majic wand.
 
Check to see if the downloads are going into TRS2006 if that was the last one open it will put the downloads there.You will have to open TRS2009 for them to go there.I hope this help you out.

Hello Raymar,

Click on UserCP above, then on Edit email and password, re-enter and verify your password. Close all applications, start 2006, click on Options and re-enter both the username and the password again. Do the same for 2009 and you should be able to download again.

Even if you have already tried it, do it again. I have seen from personal experience that this can help after the 1st class ticket becomes active. The 1st class ticket process has a bit of lag which at times seems to corrupt the password.

If this does not help, I am at a loss too.

Thanks for that information.

I have uninstalled TRS2006 but I have tried what you said twice now on TRS2009.

I am still getting the error message.

I am transferring now to the DLS/FCT forum as illinoiscentral says this is the place I should go regarding this problem.

Thanks for that but I have already uninstalled TRS2006 so I only have 2009 running and it is still not working.

I am moving over to the DLS/FCT forum now to see if anyone there can help
