Download Limit on jointedrail payware?

I don’t know if this is the right place to ask this but as of recently a lot of the payware I’ve gotten from the jointedrail website has had download limits and if I download it more than five times it disappears from my account and I can’t download it anymore even though I paid for it. Is this a new feature that’s been implemented or am I just slow?

As far as I know, it has always been that way. You can always archive your purchases on your computer.

It may also depend on what payware you bought. Not all of it has a limit.

We can reset the limits if its deemed that its not been shared which we can track and do check. The limits have been that way for quite some time due to excessive sharing of accounts. send a support ticket with your order # and we can look at it for you
