Download Helper Panel

I have read several tutorials that speak of the "Download Helper Panel". Where do I find that?

The Download Helper panel is at the top left of the Content Manager window (you can access that by clicking Content/Manage Content (depending on version)).

I am using 2006 and having problems. When I first open Auran, I am told I have no serial #, no profile, etc. However, the little say "Hello (or welcome back) fluteman70. I go to profile and everything is filled in. I don't know what is happening and don't think the tech people do either. Thanks a lot for answering me.

When you go to 'Profile', you say "everything is filled in", but that is just your 'User name' & 'Password', have you actually tried pressing the 'REGISTER' button & filling that in ?

Yes, I have also filled in the Register.

I did it twice and they told I was already registered and not to register anymore.

My guess is that if you have TRS2006 and no later version, you won't be able to access the download station without a first class ticket.
