Download helper & download page not working

Hi is anybody having any problem useing download helper. I tried to download an item to trainz classic 3 and the download helper would not work, also the download page was not working. I tried to download different items to trainz 2009 and they also would not work. Does any body know what might be wrong and can anybody help. Thank you.

Reset your Planet Auran PW by typing in the identicly same PW and saving, also saving your profile, making no changes.

If that doesn't help ... Blank out UN & PW in all versions CMP, save as blanked out. Close Trainz ... Restart Trainz ... re-enter the identical same UN & PW you always had.

To tell you the truth, the old Download Helper may no longer work so it might be faster to search on the web-based DLS, the one on the link above on the forums, and download the asset via FTP.
