Download help!!!

Hi all, i have recently purchesed jointed rails UP sd70ace from the auran shop and i try to download it and well it got all the way to the end and then stalled, i tryed to also download it with smartftp and same thing, stalled at the end, can someone please help, i dont want $10's to go to waste!!:'(

Use a download manager, that resumes, not your browser, then if it stalls it should just pick up where it left off.

no, what i mean by stalls is that it gets to the end, and just sits on 99.99%, it wont move at all, which means it doesnt save onto my computer, so its just lost data, ****ing peice of ****:n:

edit: i am not useing my browser, im using a ftp downloaded, cos it dont work on the browser, so yea, its stuffed
