Download Errors

I've recently been downloading content from the TRS2004 Download Station, and the TRS2004 Download Helper has been retrying several times. I then check the overall progress of the download after it reads "Completed All Tasks," and it says "Download of CDP package failed." I should mention that I've downloaded probably hundreds of items for the DLS. Anyway, does anyone know what's wrong?

I have just downloaded that using Download Helper & everything went ok.

Are you running with the latest build of your version of TRS2004 ?
If so, try downloading it again, it may just be a glitch.

I have TRS2004 Version 2.4, build 2365. Should I download a service pack for this? I don't think I've ever downloaded a service pack for TRS2004, but I also own TRS2006 and have downloaded service packs for it. Maybe that's why I recall downloading one. Also, what's the latest version of TRS2004? (I.E. Version 2.4, 2.5, etc.)

Build 2365 is most up-to-date TRS04 version, so no problem there....

Also, before this happened, when I downloaded something, CMP opened, since I have TRS2004 and TRS2006. Then when I started the download, an orange bar appeared at the bottom that said the item was unable to be downloaded because the server was too full. It said this every time I used CMP. I think the reason CMP opened is because I hadn't updated the TRS2004 download helper, and I had also recently changed my password, so I retyped my password in the login details on the download helper for TRS2004. Then when I did, the text in red above is what appeared in the overall progress.

I used to get that every so often when I was using Virgin Cable as my ISP, I always put it down to a busy server, as it would be ok when I tried it an hour later.
Not had it happen since I moved & went onto BT as my ISP.

Hopefully someone else will be able to throw some light on it.

THE SOLUTION!!!

I found the solution to why I couldn't download any more items: I had too many things downloaded to TRS2004. Thank you guys for trying to help, I appreciate it!
