What version of Trainz are you talking about? Content Manager (CM) will download, install and commit files from the Download Station (DLS) and also install third party freeware and payware from other sites. It does all the hard work for you.

oknotsen is correct - you need to register your ts12 serial.

CMP will do it for you automatically, but TRS2012 needs to be registered.
