not trainz related but funny,
Many years ago we had a rescue Old English Sheep Dog, and he was very loving and craved attention all the time.
My Father-in-law came for a visit and was sitting reading the paper one morning and the dog decided he wanted his attention, so he lifted up one of his front paws which was about the size of my own hand and with one swat my Father-in-law was sitting there with the 2 pieces of the paper where he was holding it on his hands and the rest was scrunched up in his lap under the dogs paw.
He gave dog a little pat and fixed paper up and continued to read it, dog not happy with this little show of attention decided to become a lap dog, and proceeded to jump into father-in-laws lap and as we walked into the room there is father-in-law pinned into the chair with 64 kg of dog in his lap getting his attention and not considering moving.:hehe: dog always got his attention when he wanted from then on.
Don't you just hate when people quote a whole mess of screenshots ? And all they say is: "WoW ... That's cool" !
I think a moderator should be put in place, and that moderators only job is to monitor people quoting screenshots, and for that elected moderator to have one job only: to remove peoplestags ... so that only the link to the photos shows ... I volunteer for the unpaid job position.![]()
Quoting screenshots is totally unnecessary, when a link is all that is needed.
zaps the electronics!

Pees on them? ROFL.
Static electricity.

Because she's rubbing herself all over you cuz she loves you? XD
I hate it when I can't blame the wife for this kind of interruption. I seem to do well enough providing my own! I'd STILL be in google translate! // FAt that moment your wife comes in and says “Shouldn’t you be getting ready? We’re due at (insert social function that you’ve totally forgotten because you really didn’t want to go in the first place) in an hour.”
Somehow I don't think Windwalkr and Hilliam get how much that happens... how sometimes you just have to get away from it for a while, as the continual struggles to make progress just pile up ... and they don't want to fix problems in CM (Ever have so many conditions in the search pane to keep things squared away... there was no room for anything else--yet that's NOT the current search when you have to go main display to add that asset to the DLH. And so you loose the search. Or How I hate it, when a date defaults back to today in a filter... CM can't tell time, assumes everything is fixable in today's go... or forgets, when error fixing we really did mean yesterday! Why should I have to output kuids to a text editor just to save a list to add the DLH in a batch, cause it forgets to save that complicated search?)Spend hours working on stuff ... she says is how she dont know why you enjoy trainz so much as you are always cursing at the computer when you play it! becky
Know for sure that's in TC3, I had to turn it off as always. MIGHT be useful if it would prompt ME then... could delay it AFTER I with my human judgement figured I'd finish said complicated series of interrelated editing/shaping/texturing tasks... but instead it freezes the machine. Have it let me give it a GO AHEAD NOW, and it will get used. WHEN IT HIJACKS my attention, time, and saves at an inappropriate moment... No way I'll ever use it. // FGood Evening All
The last few (not sure exactly when) editions of Trainz have included an 'auto-save' system, which we recommend having enabled in case of such an event. It does mean you might (and most likely will) see a pause for a few seconds when it saves, however this saves you hours or re-doing the work. The setting for this is found in the in-game options, accessed by going to the 'main menu' drop down on the top toolbar, then going to options.
As of TS12, Trainz also saves a separate 'autoback' copy of the route (and session, if appropriate) if Trainz crashes (this may actually be saved when the auto-save occurs, however I have not checked this). This may not get saved when your computer shuts down on you or similar, but it will generally save the route if Trainz crashes. As to if the route is un-corrupted, this would really depend on how/when/where/etc the crash occurs, but it's always worth checking itRegards
It was NEARLY just right for my eyes, not like this ant font we see in Session Editor or even the Trainz Route Menu descriptions. These kids don't know who their users are, nor how they screw us over. Wait until Hilliam gets into his late 40s and 50s, then maybe we'll catch a break. // FD'you think you could kindly write in a march larger font and possibly highlight it in bright red, lots of us are having difficulty reading your post.
Static electricity. She blew out my nice Saitek backlit keyboard a few months ago!
