ssleay32.dll is used to encrypt/decrypt secure internet transmissions (SSL) by Content Manager. It is a part of the open-source OpenSSL project which is very widely-used. Yes, you can get the file back without doing a total reinstallation but I wonder what happened to the original file...perhaps your disk is going bad? I'd run a chkdsk /r surface scan from DOS or whatever the equivalent is in Vista or Win7. If you see a lot a of bad sectors, it means your disk is about to fail.
At any rate, I suppose I can supply the necessary file since it's open source, so you can PM me your email address. Alternatively, a newer version is available here which should work too; just copy the file from the installation to your \Program Files\Auran\TS2010\bin directory. Also copy its companion file libeay32.dll as well.
