dnld not working

hello thanks to jcitron but i still cant get the dnld program to work. it looks up all the dependcies (sp) ,press start but nothing happens accept the cow moos,
i have no dnlds-should i have loaded trainz with anti virus and the firewall off? what else could i do? all the stuff looks great i wish i could dnld it.

If CMP is searching for the dependencies, then it will not start until it has found them all, or given up. Do the items in the download box have little ? next to them?
