DLS Route recommendations?

I was wondering if there was any good dls routes y'all could recommend? Recently got a first class ticket to download some dls assets for 3rd party content and I'd like to use it for downloading some routes too.

That is far too broad a request to give you an answer. How about narrowing down your list from infinite to a manageable few by providing some possible selection criteria:-

• Country
• Era
• Operations - passenger, general freight, bulk freight, etc
• Type - commuter, local, long distance, steam, diesel, electric

I generally just want US routes, preferably 1960's onwards. Don't really care much about operations and type.

I would have suggested BNSF Clovis to Lubbock due to it's massive size, but the era you'd prefer being in the 60s negates my suggestion.

You could try timber ridge standard gauge version . its set 1950s'-60s and you can pretty much run any mix of rolling stock on it, its not prototypical but it has a large variety of terrain. there is however a NG portion.

I generally just want US routes, preferably 1960's onwards. Don't really care much about operations and type.

If your interested, the Harlem Line is available on the DLS <kuid:-12:1002> Harlem Line. Unfortunately, the route is pretty bad and neglected! Does not go all the way into Grand Central, Auran got lazy and didn't bother adding the rest from Bronxville to GCS.
