DLS problem?

Can anyone download anything from DLS without buying a ticket? Every time I try to download a couple of items, I get a message that trainz://install-cart cannot be found.

I've got some issues (the first time for a very long time!) -

• CM 3.2 in TS10 hasn't updated its download station listing since 27 March;
• CMP in TC3 hasn't updated its DLS list since 6 March
• neither think that I have an active First Class Ticket!

What's going on?

Problems with the Server upgrade and FCT, don't think anyones is working at present, there is a post by Zec saying they are working on the problem, keeping an eye on the announcements thread saves a lot of head scratching when something isn't working.

The error relating to trainz: urls can also mean that the required registry key for the trainz: addresses (which should point to CMP/CM2/CM3.2) has not been created by Content Manager. This should happen the first time Trainz/Content Manager is loaded (as long as it is running with admin rights if on Vista/7) - errors may also happen when downloading via CMP. Might be worth seeing if the Download via FTP (click Download Page next to an item to access this option) option works - if it does, Content Manager is not setup correctly (make sure it is running with admin rights if using Windows Vista/7 - right-click the Trainz shortcut on the desktop and choose 'Run as Administrator')

I can dl most of the stuff I select, ...

... there are a few item's that are at DLS and the install-cart sends the KUID's to CM v3.2, but CM can't find them.

[FONT=Verdana, Arial]CincySouthernRwy's Q-4b and tender ([/FONT][FONT=Verdana, Arial]45588:4493 & [/FONT][FONT=Verdana, Arial]45588:4494) are two item's that wont download for me. And I've tried everyday since Monday.
