dls- i need help....quick!

Everytime i log into the dls and try to download something from there, the trainz download helper or something like that comes up and says...downloading.....whatever the item is, then it comes up download failed, then it says retrying, and it keeps on doing this without actually downloading the item, so i just give up in the end because it does this everytime. If you could tell me what the problem is, and how to fix it, it would be much appreciated. (i have trainz 2004 if it helps)

Run "C:\Program Files\Auran\TRS2004\Bin\TrainzHelper.exe" (assuming a standard install). Click on 'Edit log-in details' and manually type in your username and password, save and exit.

That usually fixes the 'retrying' thing for me....

Alternatively

I had that problem too. So alternatively use the ftp download option, it works fine for me, I use it all the time.
