Discord Server: DO NOT JOIN

The Trainz Official Discord server is corrupt as hell! Join at your own risk! I had to find that out the hard way.

Fortunately, I have never had any success in joining it.

I don't know what happened to you Willmw but I don't disagree with you either. People should know that Discord servers have no log files so what is said there or happens there can't be traced. Therefore they tend to attract the darker side of society. This is especially true where the discord server has subject matter that interests children. Parents should forbid their children from using discord servers without supervision as it very easy to pretend to be a child and lure another child into a private conversation where personal information can be shared.

And it clunky and hard to use in my opinion. Terrible UI. I just don't understand how poorly designed things become so popular. It's got to be case of just wanting to be "cool" and "in" (showing my age) by being able to say "I'm on Discord." That is an appropriate name however!

Based on the way you are posting, I suggest you stay away from Discord and read the Code of Conduct of the forum before continuing posting the same thing again here on the forum.

I believe you should have received a message when you were banned telling you why. It would have come from our bot.

If you've never been able to join & cannot join; it is likely that your IP/account has been flagged (by a 3rd party service) as a spam account & been banned.
