Well I got my Trainzs, ( collector's ) and really enjoyed running the new routs . The Sim is really a nice addition to trains . C&O and Milwaukee ( a must have route ) have been really fun. I like the new format, although will take some learning up on. There is some things I'm impressed with, some I'll need to have a good read. And others I'm just, well ? Why???? I miss my rail yard, didn't think I would . But here's my dilemma .I Inported my own route and others and a few payware content items, with varying results .
My own route is practically unusable , due to faulty content . A rebuild I wasn't looking for, nor did I expect to be this extensive . Other aren't as bad, but have taken time I didn't expect to spend hunting down kuids . And most of my payware content has taken hours to get working, and I'm just starting. T12 is up and enjoyable in it's own right. Plus all my payware works. Dilemma ? What's new works well, and is enjoyable. But isn't working well with older content. Older has years of work that's just too hard to start over in the new game ? Continue working in T12, not knowing if it will be ever work in the newer version ?
I expect for the time being I will have both on my PC, and hope these issues resolve themselves in time.
