Digital Download Problems

I have recently purchased some digital downloads from Auran. I can't open the links to download them. It says that Internet Explorer cannot display. The people at the help desk say that the links have been reset for me and should be working, but their still not. I am not sure if I need to change any settings on my computer or how to do this? Any help would be much appreciated. I have Internet Explorer 9 and Windows 7.

Can you check the first part of the address that the links are pointing to?

If it is trainz:, then you will need to make sure that Trainz is running as administrator, and that you have run Content Manager at least once.

Another idea is try using a different internet browser.

Actually, for downloading large files like these, you generally want to use a download manager like freedownloadmanager.org's program. You should just be able to paste the links in.
