Different Cab View...How did I get to it???

I own Trainz 2010: Engineer Edition and was driving the Great Northern 4-4-0 and I had the screen set to be inside the cab. I hit a button that had me looking out the fireman's window. I could not figure out how to exit this (let alone switch to the engineer's side). Every time I would hit the button for the external view and then try returning to cab view, it would take me back to my position hovering just outside the left hand window. Does anyone know what keystroke(s) or combination thereof allows me to do this/switch back to normal cab view?

The [ and ] keys are used for this, and I'd suggest using these view changes. I know on an SW switcher cab view I have, it's impossible to see forward in its original view, so using [ and ] will take you to the engineer side window to be able to see forward. Sometimes those buttons take you to views as if a brakeman were standing on the catwalks on the side, front, or rear of locomotives. They are very near views.

-freeintcam typed in at the bottom of your trainzoptions file will allow roaming, up/down/R/L/forward/backward, walking about the cab, and outside the cab, using the KB arrow buttons
