Nice old ALCo DLW blowing smoke and chugging like they always do. :)

Their mainline ALCo's built in NSW from 1959 and saw use around NSW as the 48 Class, Vic (Rarely) as the SAR 830 Class, SA as the 830 Class and Tas (dunno what they classed them), they operated on 5'3", 4'8.5" and 3'6" and still in use today, some have been rebuilt as the NSW PL Class.

It is nice to see them still in operation.

In INDIA we still have ALCOS for express and freight trains...:)
