Detector for crossing signals

Hey guys. Just wondering, does anyone know how to set a detector for crossing signals? What I mean is that when a train hits the custom circut, the flashers and/or gates will activate.

You might be able to implement this with triggers. I used them once, and they worked pretty well for what I wanted to do.

There are also newer gates and flashers available from BNSF50. These start up just as the train approaches instead of flashing and dinging all the time. Check the DLS for these. They are look totally awesome and work realistically.

It is also possible to set up the ATLS system to do this using the tram stopper, trigger, controller and slave. Set the crossing up not attached to the main track but attached to the slave.
