Dependencies randomly dissaper?

While some things have missing dependencies sometimes i will randomly lose them and cant get them back for example the 50' JR high cube boxcars worked fine then randomly lost a dependency. Can someone help me out with whats going on and how to fix it?

If you already did that, please contact the helpdesk so they can fix the not showing of you owning a Trainz version here on the forum.
