Delete multiple skin

Hello everyone;
Is it possible to delete from wagons (especially boxcars) the skins containing those hateful, horrible and disgusting graffiti?

Personally I'm fed up with wasting time every time to change the skins of each tank leaving the clean and/or dirty ones....

That's a harsh and uncalled for comment to make.
I refuse to have anything on my own layouts that has graffiti on it and I don't think I'm alone in this, - so I think that nicola86's question is a perfectly valid one to ask.

Same here. The smear of graffiti is disgusting and it shows the lack of respect these people have for other people's property. It's too bad the railroads and others have to deal with this.

While I don’t like graffiti (especially some things it can say), I find weathered rolling stock charming. I’ve always liked the idea of trains bearing the scars of their service. As far as your question @nicola86, I believe there is a tag in the config file to modify.

I’ve only ever glanced at one of these so the container name escapes me. I think you have to delete the two you don’t want from that container and possibly also the matching .tga files.

Sure there is, @nicola86. There is no quick and easy, have to put the work in.

Learn to reskin > obtain source files (.XCF>GIMP, >.PSD>Photoshop) from the asset creator, remove the graffiti art, which will likely be in it's own layer. This may or may not happen for you, depending on the creator's generosity, and/or whether or not you're wanting to do this to payware.

Or, meticulously patch, cut/paste and other GIMP/PS operations to cover the graffiti artwork > export as .tga, rename/switch-out with the original .tga in the asset.
