Database Repair problem!!

I have been having a problem shutting down trainz. And I figured maybe I should do a database repair so I proceded to do so. It took a very long time and now almost all of my routes have something wrong with them, a ton of my rolling stock and engines won't show up on the routes. Lots of track and scenery textures are not showing up. I looked in Contents and so much of my engines and assets have a red ! in front of the asset.
This is the first time I ever had a problem like this happen.
Anyone have any advice on this?

Thanks,
Bob

In CMP do a search for faulty assets, when displayed go to the Edit Menu-Select All, RMC on the highlighted list and choose "View In Main List," RMC on the first asset and choose "View Errors & Warnings." This should clear the error. Depending on how many assets are showing faulty, you can select batches of 10-20 faulties and do the RMC "View Errors & Warnings" until all are cleared.

I'll add something to John's post here.

In two words: Don't panic!

If there are any errors left, they are actual errors that need fixing. When I've done this, I've had maybe 10 items that had real errors outside of the 250-plus that showed errors.

Thanks guys. I am going to start this process right now. I sure did panic when all of this happened. I have been adding to trainz since before UTC was introduced. I have so many downloads most of which I don't even know. I thought my computer just said enough already:) Oh well off I go to start my new job in CM.
Thanks again for the help Frogpipe and JohnnyC1 and JCitron.

Oh no!
I'm getting tons of this asset has the wrong trainz build number below 2.7
If I have to change all of these I will not live long enough to do it.
This could take years.
I have been using these assets forever and everything worked fine before.
That's what happens when you try to fix what's not broke~~:(

Don't worry about the yellow asterisk warnings as in build 2.7, they won't stop them from showing in game.
The red warnings do need sorting though.

Ok everything looks ok now I can now load up my engines and rolling stock I would have never figured out how to fix this problem.
Thanks so much to all of you guys.
