Creating HTML Pages

I'm trying to create a session for one of my routes, but I need help figuring out how to create a HTML to show the instructions for the session. I know that there was a thread on the forums or section on Trainz Wiki, but I cannot find it on either. Can someone provide some assistance on creating a HTML and/or where the tread on the forums or section on Trainz Wiki is?

What I did to figure it out is edit a session and a HTML asset and see how others did it.

Clone an existing HTML asset, edit the content so it fits your need, then see if you can add the rules needed to access it to your session
