Content Updates not downloadable

From the Main menu, there is a box titled Download Content Update. Currently it shows 45. In the past I've downloaded many other updates but these 45 can't be selected. They appear in the selection list. Made by various creators like -bast-, dmdrake, klapec, etc. I select one, when the Asset Download window opens, the Download button stays greyed out. When I select Download All, the Asset window opens and the sections quickly get greyed out, one after the other.

It happens.
Solution I have for this is to download these updates via Content Manager.

I'd leave it for a couple of days, when that happens they often either vanish or become downloadable.
