Sounds like you either may not have the C++ runtime installed, or the Visual Basic 6.0 SP4 runtime may not present.

Also, check TrainzDiag for any issues mentioned there (especially OpenGL)

Welcome to the forums.

Sometimes, Content Manager can take a few minutes to load especially if you have a lot of content installed.

Some times a program is running ... but it doesn't show up right away ... sometimes it doesn't show up in 20 - 30 min ... you also have to tick the desktop icon properties, "Run As Administrator" ... and make custom "Allowable Program Exception Rules" through your Antivirus/Firewall, for Trainz launcher, and Trainz CM.

I Think i may of fixed this problem before, It's either your DirectX or something else
