content manager will not download

Hi Can anybody help I tried to download some dependencies for a route but all I got was download cannot continue as you have downloaded your quota for today, I have first class ticket and it does no run out till September so I should be able to download. Has anybody any idea what might be wrong and how to fix it. Thank you.

Check your network connection to the FCT server. You can do this through Content Manager by choosing the network diagnostics (use full details to get the data). If there is any kind of long delay to the FCT server or My Trainz (Planet Auran) you will see these kinds of issues. It could also be that N3V is doing some after hours updates or fixes we're not aware of that might be causing this as well.
