Content Manager Quota Not Resetting

GN1996

Not a real user title.
Hello all! A few days ago, I downloaded enough content to use the full 100MB quota. Well, ever since that day, my quota has not reset. I have tried a QDR and that did not clear up the issue. Any help that can be provided is much appreciated as there is more stuff I want to download. :)

Regards,

GN

Have you submitted a support ticket? Not that it is likely to get seen this side of Christmas though. But you never know

For what it's worth, I've had the same problem since Saturday. This morning it still hadn't reset in CCP. I exited Trainz, opened a browser and went to the DLS. Downloaded one file using FTP. Closed the browser. Started Content Manager again, and my quota had reset to zero. Maybe that will work for you.

I tried both of your ideas, fitz and malc, but neither worked. I'm not sure if this is useful or not, but I noticed that the download helper window is taking a lot longer to load than before my quota reset had stopped working.

I quit using download helper a while back because it was so flakey. Try clearing everything out of it and see if you can download directly from CCP.

Tried using the black pages and see if the same problem exists there? if it does it looks like N3V are going to have to reset it at their end.
As a matter of interest are the daily updates up to date or has that stuck as well?

Another thing to try maybe is in Content manager > Settings > Internet, change the connection from IE settings to No proxy server if on IE or the other way round if on No proxy, then close CM, reboot and then restart it, I seem to remember that kickstarting things before I got an FCT.

Long shot but were there any Windows updates around the time it stopped working properly? I did have a case once a couple of years back where an update reset the Windows firewall and blocked certain parts of Trainz.

I tried changing the proxy settings, but that did not fix it. The daily updates to what has appeared on the DLS are still working correctly. I do not recall if there was a Windows update when these issues started appearing. I am going to attempt to submit a helpdesk ticket. Thanks to all who attempted to help.
