Hi there.. sorry for my bad english...but i`m dutch.

I`ve got a problem with CMP.. i already got a 20 GB of downloads form it, but i need some items from it..
and yesterday i bought the game TS09 online and along comes a ticket for 6 days.. now 5 left and i can`t download anything because when i hit "start" at the bottom the message appears>> the server appears to be full , please try again later<

what am i doing wrong... can some one help me?

Try re-entering your username and password in CM2. <File>, <Settings>, <Internet>.

If this does not work please search the forums - this is a common problem and there are lots of existing threads with solutions.

hi there... i`ve read the forum and all of the problems are indeed the same, but a real explenation is not there.. in many cases the CMP starts running out of the blue...no more problems.. but ive done all the things that are recommended here, and nothing works.. and ive got 2 serials for the game they came along with the online purchase.
ive enterd them both but noting works...

i`ll keep on looking for answers here and thanx for the replay..

Two serials for the same game? Was this the "buy one get one free offer?" I wonder if this might be a problem.

Try mailing the Auran helpdesk.....?!?!?!

Did you have a previous version of Trainz - and if so did you register your new version with the same user ID etc. ?

If you have tried all the solutions suggested in previous threads then I'm afraid I have no more suggestions. Best of luck.

Have had this problem for a very long time (2004, TC3 & 2009). I just press "Start" - again and again. Eventually (my record is ten times!) CMP relents

I don't think he said for the same game....I have 8 serial numbers registered...certainly not for the same game....

(Well, technically, my 2009 BETA and retail serial numbers are for the same game.)

Unfortunately, it might take you six days to go through old posts.

There's no excuse for Auran to not offer extensions under these circumstances, although they'd be offering over a million extensions to those you contributed to "over a million sold". You see where I'm going with this.
