content manager plus download problem

hi all
i need some help.
ive got a first class ticket for the download station i registared it no problem.
i then select the items from the download station and they come up in the content manager plus download window. all seems fine but when i press the start download button its says "Unable to download, the server appears to be full, please try again later...
whats this mean am i doing spmething wrong? :'(

Try removing you username and password from CMP, saving and then re-entering them and saving again.

If this does not work try a forum search or just look in the DLS/FCT section of the forum. There are loads of threads on this subject, I think there are some answers to the problem on the helpdesk site as well - Click on the "Helpdesk" link above.

I see you are brand new to the forum. Good to see you.

You do not say what day of the week you have been attempting to download. This makes a big difference even if you have an FCT. I don't even try to download on weekends any more. It also seems to help if you are able to do your shopping at times when folks in the UK and US are asleep.

In other words, the fewer people in the store the less chance they will crowd you out.
