Content Manager or Download Station

When go on with conent Manager. it all ways thats its full try later.
No matter what time of day or Day.

second I go to download station. and thur the download page. and it goes 8k out of 5.5m file.
I try this 3 differnent computers and tablet to.

What wrong with the system there?
it be like this for a month or more. Help! :'(

Hi Mike,

Do you have a First Class Ticket (FCT). If you do not then this will definitely solve that problem.

I download everything through the FTP pages now. Both CMP in 2009 and 2012 wouldn't download any files larger than 1.98 MB in size unless I bought a 1st Class Ticket, and both versions worked...irregularly in any case. At one point I opened a ticket with the Help Desk about the 1.98 MB thing, but never got a response.

Have not had a problem downloading using the FTP pages, and these days I don't find it cost-effective to buy another FCT.
