Content Management Utility

I've downloaded quite a few Mb's worth of data into TC3, some of which I also want to get into TRS2006. Rather than hitting the DLS again, I swear to reading somewhere there is a utility which will read the folder storage system in TRS2006 onward (where the data is no longer stored as cdp files) so you can determine which ones contain the items of interest. However for the life of me I can't recollect the name of the utility or the link.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Vern,

One way of transferring items (I use it for 2006 -> 2009 - should work the other way):_

1) Use CM2, highlight the items you want, then "open for edit"

2) Close CM2

3) Open CMP (i.e. 2006) - then Import content from the TRS 2009 "open for edit" folder.

4) Commit all files in CMP

5) open CM2, select "open for edit" - the "revert"

Two ways to get to the 'open for edit' folder.
1. Open Explorer and find ..\Program Files\Auran\TRS2006\editing
2. At the asset in CMP, instead of right clicking and selecting Edit - Open for Edit, select Edit - Edit in Explorer and you'll be in the editing folder.
