Problem with textures

You said in an earlier post that you using bumpmaps in 3D Studio 7.0, is this correct? If you are doing all your work in 3D Studio, then you need to be using baked normal maps and no opacity maps as you can set texture opacity within 3D Studio on a per texture basis. For normal maps, you will need either Photoshop or GIMP (free software --- www.gimp.org) with the normalmap plugin. As for naming conventions, you need to do this for textures with normalmaps, texturename.m.tbumptex, texturename can be anything you like. The textures and everything are working well the only problem I am currently having is that the dighole doesn't rotate with my rectangular asset. Is there a way to add a plane to my mesh that will take on the ground texture and hide the hole along the sides of my asset?
 
Stage one is completed

I have completed the content kuid 323193:1022 & others. The only thing I would like to do is add lighting to it for the night time. I'm thinking that maybe if I add lights in 3dStudio those lights may give of light at night in the model?
