containers

A little help please, I am trying to load two 20ft containers onto a flatcar, I can make one load onto '70ton AAR Flatcar C&O' but seems a very light load and does not look realistic.
I have tried 'CP container Flat1' as recommended in a forum search which resulted in no load of either container or 'containers'
Using T:ane (and M.I.N)

I had similar problem with containers. To make it work right you first need to know what KUID the containers you are trying to load, then you need to look for a rail car that can hold 2 of that specific KUID type of load. There are several KUID's for 20 foot containers and they are not interchangeable. It took me a while to get mine matched up correctly.

Hope this helps

Thanks, I notice in the spec of the wagon the load is one, I'll download a few more to check the spec.
I have noticed the listing 20ft container, 20ft container and 20ft containers for the loads.

When choosing containers in the M.I.N., the first and second in the list are the blue Auran Containers that are used in the Container Station and the Seaport. The 20 ft Containers are the ones with the green icon shown when selecting the CP Container Flat loads. Then there are the 20 Ft Containers (empty) and (loaded) that are used on Jointed Rail wagons.
There also needs to be container quantity numbers listed in the Queue window of the M.I.N. for the flatcar to load. The CP container flat should load both Auran and the other Containers, but not the JR ones unless you add them to the wagon.
Cheers,
Mike

Thanks for the replies, the 'CP container flat' is the one of choice, looks good loaded with '20ft Containers', now to tackle those wagons with one crate of General Goods.....
I have to solve that or sack the dispatcher :)
