Considering getting Trainz 2012

I recently got a new computer and I'm considering getting Trainz 2012 so I can experience the multiplayer in full force. Since I know that there are a lot of people with different systems out there running Trainz 2012, I would appreciate some advice on running it with my current pc. Right now my pc specs are as follows: 4GB RAM, 500 GB hard drive, AMD E2-1800 Vision Dual-core processor. It's a laptop instead of a desktop for anyone who's not sure on that. So if you all would be able to advise me on how Trainz 2012 will perform on my system and let me know if I have to upgrade any software I would appreciate it greatly.

You left out the most important spec, your graphics card.

If you run same route, train, session, and camera angle in TS2010 as in TS12, performance is exactly the same, framerates are no better and no worse.
