when i download i watch it fully download it did not die halfway and i hate using the other browsers IE8 is the best browser out there

Try using Chrome, it never gave me problems when downloading and installing content into trainz. Firefox failed a bit, but not at all
What people is saying here is only to try downloading the file with a different browser, not to make you change of browser but

Sorry i can stop laughing at this. Yes IE was the first browser and the best one. But that is the past. From what i know, Internet Explorer since V1.0 to 8.0 is the first explorer helping your PC to get viruses, is the slowest one, and is the first browser for downloading browsers :hehe:
Just saying that. There is no worst blind that the one that doesnt want to see

Lol well than i hate ie9 cause its slow i hate chrome cause i doint like way it runs and doint get me started on firefox i doint think il be using another browser lol
