Connection interrupted I can't download anything

I've done everything with my computer and internet yet there's no luck for me to download items

It would help if...
... you started this topic in the version related support forum (or at the very least mention it, including build number).
... you would list "everything" as I am 100% sure you didn't as else you would have solved your problem. That way we can tell you what you didn't and that would likely solve your problem.
... mention if you have a FCT active or not, when you downloaded something the last time, etc, etc

In other words:
Help us help you by supplying a lot more information.

I had the exact same message and it was to do with the way my internet connection was configured - not by me but by EE for my own "safety".

It was impossible to get anyone at EE to listen/care/understand and the solution in the end was to set up a free VPN. I can now download and upload perfectly well again.
