"Colourful" Objects in Routes After Copying TRS2010 to New Computer

Afternoon all

Sorry if this isn't in the right place, but I really don't know what to call this problem. I'll let the screenshot do the talking.

The story is that I have recently bought a new computer after a host of problems with the old one and transferred TRS2010 onto it. I initially had lots of files in CM giving me the "config.chump" rubbish, but fixed that without a worry. I also installed all of the patches for TRS2010 to make it as up-to-date for single player as possible. Can anyone assist in fixing this?
