Hi all,
Can someone help me please.
Renewed my FCT the other day,activated it this morning,shows up on the download station as activated but in the CMP it has a RED cross through it and it will not download.

Bill, if it is not working after a day, try re-entering your user name and password in CMP even if it is already there.
