CM2 Keeps Crashing

I'm still kind of new to CM2 and I'm using the latest build.

Is it common for CM2 to crash during downloading and installing content? Mine crashed 3 times in the last 30 minutes.

Actually it is very uncommon. Something is amiss in your set up. Are you aware that CM2 requires OpenGL to operate smoothly?

I'm running Open GL.

Luckily when I start it back up it remebers my download list. What takes time is it checks for deleted and modifiied content on startup which takes several minutes.

I wouldn't think so. After a crash I start it back up. It's been crashing regularly while downloading several items I've placed in the download list.

Have you run Trainzdiag.exe located in the bin folder? It will give you a report on your system as it relates to Trainz including OpenGL. If all is well you will see all green ticks. If anything has a red tick it requires your attention. Too many red ticks = crash. Good luck.
