Anyone else having slow download speeds even with an active first class ticket? Mine are horrible even though my internet speeds are up to par.

Seems OK here at present, could try a tracert to firstclass.auran.com and see it there are any problems with the route from your ISP to the Server.

I used to have issues with speed until I changed my DNS server from the ISP I had at the at the time to Googles DNS.
