CM 3.7 dowloading preview asset is very slow

Hi, is it just me or (post TS 2012 SP1+hotfix) what, downloading preview thumbnail asset in CM 3,7 became extremely slow while it was very quick before ?

I'm still on 49922 (well.. got both running) and I also experienced it as slow, so I doubt it is SP1 or hotfix related.

Known issue - DLS speed is all over the place at the moment. Not version related!

It's not related to patches also on both, 3.6 and 3.7 slow and intermittent on both, probably a server issue.

This is terrible today. I had to start CMP 4 times for it to recognize that I was properly logged in and the dl speed is excruciating, even with a FCT. My ticket is up for renewal tomorrow but I'm thinking of not renewing until this gets straightened out.
